Executive Chef - Pakistani Cuisine (Full-Time)


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef who specializes in Pakistani cuisine to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the menu planning, food preparation, and overall kitchen operations for our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create authentic Pakistani dishes that meet our standards of taste and quality
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to company recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback or seasonal availability of ingredients

Requirements:
- Must be of Pakistani nationality with a strong knowledge of traditional Pakistani cuisine
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant is preferred but not required
- Ability to work full-time with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must have a valid work visa for Qatar or be willing to obtain one
- No prior experience required as we are willing to train the right candidate
