We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual style and creative direction of our projects. This position is open to all nationalities, but we are specifically looking for Indian candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects including advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital media
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and quality in all visual elements
- Lead and manage a team of designers and other creative professionals
- Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and meet client requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the creative process
- Present ideas and concepts to clients in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills including print, digital, and branding projects
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience managing a team is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
