Job Title: Wedding Planner


We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings for clients from various nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Research and recommend vendors for venues, catering, flowers, music, etc.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day
- Oversee the setup and execution of the wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
- Keep track of expenses and stay within budget constraints
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Wedding Planner is required
- Must be fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with grace
- Knowledge of local vendors in Al-Rayyan is preferred but not required
