Job Title: UX Designer - English Speaking (Indian Nationality)

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for our digital products and services. Your main focus will be on the user experience, ensuring that our products are user-friendly and meet the needs of our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry standard tools
- Conduct usability testing to validate design choices and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
- Proficiency in industry standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or Figma
- Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
