Our company is seeking a talented and creative Art Director from Pakistan to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and visual style of our projects. You will work closely with our design team to develop concepts, create designs, and ensure that all visual elements align with our brand image.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the artistic vision and direction for all projects
- Create design concepts and layouts for various marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, packaging, and websites
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and quality across all visual elements
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our designs
- Review and approve all creative materials before final production
- Manage multiple projects at once while meeting strict deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
