Merchandiser - English Speaking (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the purchase and display of products in our retail stores. This is a full-time position suitable for Indian nationals with excellent English language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with suppliers and retailers to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery times
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Create attractive product displays to increase sales and customer engagement
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper placement and presentation of merchandise
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new products or sales events
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and retailers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Indian nationality preferred (non-nationals with relevant experience will also be considered)
