- Continuously optimize website performance for speed, usability, and scalability

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience in web development or related field (portfolio required)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant coding languages
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Joomla
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience working with African clients or businesses
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Experience with e-commerce development
- Experience working on projects for women's empowerment or gender equality
