Merchandiser - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to attract and retain customers. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure the timely delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for product placement
- Develop merchandising plans based on market trends, customer demands, and company objectives
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products based on sales performance
- Create attractive product displays that highlight the features and benefits of our products
- Train sales staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Monitor competitor activity in terms of pricing, product offerings, and promotions

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel within Riyadh for store visits
