Seasonal Work Coordinator


We are currently seeking a Seasonal Work Coordinator to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This position is suitable for men with experience in coordinating seasonal work, specifically for Indian nationals. As a Seasonal Work Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the seasonal work schedules for our Indian workers.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process for Indian workers
- Create and maintain a database of qualified Indian candidates for seasonal work
- Communicate with relevant agencies and partners to ensure timely arrival of Indian workers
- Develop and implement work schedules for seasonal workers based on project needs
- Monitor and track the performance of seasonal workers, providing necessary support and resources as needed
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to hiring and employment of Indian workers
- Act as a liaison between management and seasonal workers to address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, including visas, contracts, and schedules

Requirements:
- Experience in coordinating seasonal work or similar roles
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication with international partners and agencies
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to hiring foreign workers preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
