Property Valuation Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property valuations using various methods such as cost approach, income approach, and market comparison approach
- Analyze market trends and factors that may impact property values
- Prepare detailed reports on property valuations for clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of valuation projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in property valuation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in property valuation
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and factors influencing property values
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
