Agriculture Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agriculture Specialist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As an Agriculture Specialist, your main responsibility will be to oversee the cultivation and production of crops, ensuring optimal growth and quality. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing farming techniques to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on different crops and their cultivation methods
- Plan and manage crop production schedules
- Monitor crop health and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal growth
- Implement pest control measures as needed
- Train and supervise farm workers on proper farming techniques
- Maintain accurate records of crop production and expenses
- Collaborate with other agricultural experts to develop innovative farming solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in crop cultivation
- Knowledge of modern farming techniques, including irrigation systems and fertilization methods
- Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement
- Familiarity with UAE climate and soil conditions preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
