Mediator/Conflict Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mediator/Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Mediator, you will be responsible for facilitating the resolution of conflicts between individuals, groups, and organizations in a neutral and impartial manner.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with parties involved in the conflict to gather information and understand their perspectives
- Facilitate communication between parties to help them reach a mutually agreeable solution
- Use mediation techniques and strategies to guide parties towards finding common ground
- Help parties explore different options for resolving the conflict
- Maintain confidentiality and neutrality throughout the mediation process
- Draft written agreements outlining the terms of the resolution reached by the parties
- Follow up with parties after resolution to ensure compliance with agreements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mediator or Conflict Resolution Specialist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and objective in high-stress situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of different mediation techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology related to mediation is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
