International Lawyer - Indian National (UAE)


We are seeking a highly experienced Indian lawyer to join our international law firm in El-Fujairah, UAE. As an international lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to clients on matters related to international law and cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on international laws and regulations
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements for cross-border transactions
- Provide strategic advice to clients on the best course of action for their international business endeavors
- Represent clients in international arbitration and mediation proceedings
- Collaborate with other legal professionals, both within the firm and externally, to ensure high-quality services are provided to clients
- Stay updated on changes in international laws and regulations that may affect clients' businesses
- Handle any legal disputes or issues that may arise during cross-border transactions

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a strong understanding of Indian laws
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing international law
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with multinational corporations is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
