We are currently seeking a skilled Boat Helmsman to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Boat Helmsman, you will be responsible for operating and navigating our boats, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers and crew. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about boating and has experience as a helmsman.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and navigate boats safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust routes accordingly
- Communicate with passengers and crew to ensure their comfort and safety
- Perform routine maintenance on boats
- Keep accurate records of trips, including fuel consumption, passenger numbers, and any incidents
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo or supplies as needed
- Adhere to all maritime laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalee preferred)
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Must have accommodation in El-Fujairah or willing to relocate at own expense
- Must have valid UAE visa or ability to obtain one independently
