Support Manager for Indian Nationals in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all support operations for our Indian employees. This includes providing guidance and direction to the support staff, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of employee issues, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement support strategies to meet the needs of Indian employees in Dibba-El-Fujairah
- Manage a team of support staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
- Ensure all employee issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of employee concerns and resolutions
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Monitor employee satisfaction levels and make necessary improvements to enhance their overall experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Support Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of Indian culture and customs preferred but not required
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
