Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to project completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national with strong English communication skills and a valid UAE visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Develop project plans and ensure they are executed within budget and on time.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project objectives are met.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes.
- Lead a team of workers and subcontractors to complete projects on schedule.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the UAE.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and safety standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Valid UAE visa or ability to obtain one quickly.
