Legal Adviser - Contract (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE on a contract basis. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and expertise in a dynamic and diverse environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on various matters including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Advise on any potential legal risks or implications for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in all business operations.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws or regulations that may affect the company.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review.
- Strong understanding of UAE laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
