Industrial Engineer - Abu Dhabi, UAE (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase overall operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes
- Analyze data and develop reports to track production performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Design layouts for equipment and workstations to optimize flow of materials and personnel
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in production processes
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for inventory management strategies
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and reduce waste
- Provide technical support for the installation of new equipment or systems
- Train staff on new processes or systems as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (proficiency in Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
