Job Title: Phlebotomy Technician


We are seeking skilled and experienced Phlebotomy Technicians to join our team in Sakaka, Saudi Arabia. As a Phlebotomy Technician, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for medical testing and transfusions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and skin punctures to collect blood samples
- Label and properly store collected samples for testing
- Monitor patient's vital signs during the blood drawing process
- Ensure proper disposal of used needles and other medical waste
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with fluency in Malayalam
- Prior experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician is required
- Strong knowledge of different blood collection methods and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
