Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management, and developing inventory strategies to support business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and efficient stock management
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to meet demand
- Work closely with purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy
- Analyze data and provide reports on inventory performance
- Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize waste
- Train and supervise staff members involved in inventory management
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan for seasonal fluctuations in inventory needs
- Monitor industry trends and adjust inventory strategy accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory control methods
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Preference for Indian nationals or those with valid work visas for Saudi Arabia
