IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure of our company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your main duties will include managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining computer systems and networks, and ensuring that all technology operations run smoothly.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in information technology and management experience. You should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments and external partners.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of computer systems and networks
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
- Monitor the performance of technology systems and make necessary upgrades or repairs
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technological needs
- Liaise with external partners such as vendors or service providers to ensure smooth operation of systems
- Stay updated on new technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements to current systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, security protocols, and data management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with current trends in information technology
