Wedding Planner (Indian National)

We are seeking an experienced Indian national Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to the execution of the event.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Provide recommendations for vendors and assist with booking services such as venues, catering, and entertainment
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day
- Oversee all preparations leading up to the wedding, including decor, invitations, and transportation
- Manage the wedding day itself, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning/coordinating is required
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working on a contract basis
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Suitable for male candidates only
