Wedding Planner - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a talented and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of a wedding, from the initial consultation with the client to the day of the event. This position is perfect for Malayalees who are fluent in English and looking for a full-time job.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for the wedding and determine their budget
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for all aspects of the wedding, including vendor selection, venue setup, and ceremony/reception logistics
- Source and manage vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, etc.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure the best prices for our clients
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes
- Provide creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall wedding experience
- Oversee all aspects of the wedding on the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of current wedding trends and traditions in Malayalee culture is preferred
