Petroleum Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating oil and gas reservoirs to determine the most efficient methods of extraction. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing drilling plans, monitoring production levels, and finding ways to improve production efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Experience with drilling operations and well completion techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of reservoirs using various software programs
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Design drilling plans based on geological data
- Monitor production levels and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to optimize production processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve efficiency
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers
- Willingness to work part time or flexible hours as needed
