Industrial Engineer - Full Time (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This is a full time position, with a preference for Indian nationals. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Develop and implement new methods and procedures to improve productivity
- Create production schedules and optimize workflow to meet deadlines
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for cost reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
- Monitor production performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met
- Train employees on new procedures and techniques as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
