Night Auditor (Malayalee)
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Malayalee Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions and guest interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform front desk duties including check-in/check-out procedures, answering phone calls, and handling guest inquiries
- Verify and balance all revenue-generating transactions such as room charges, cash payments, credit card payments, and room tax charges
- Prepare daily reports and reconcile any discrepancies in financial records
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service during late-night shifts
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to management
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements for management review

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam with basic English proficiency preferred
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle cash transactions
- Excellent communication skills in order to interact with guests from various backgrounds
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during nighttime hours
- Familiarity with hotel accounting software is a plus
