English Speaking Art Director - Contract Position for Indians in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an English speaking professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and visual aspects of our projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English language
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role
- A strong portfolio showcasing your artistic skills and creative vision
- Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to lead and manage a team of designers and collaborate with other departments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives
- Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects including advertisements, packaging, websites, etc.
- Lead and guide a team of designers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations
- Present ideas and designs to clients for approval or feedback
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve design processes
