We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position and we welcome applicants of all nationalities with or without experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- File and organize documents and records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Complete data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and billing
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have valid own visa for employment in Qatar
