Hotel Maintenance Engineer


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our hotel facilities, ensuring they are always in excellent condition for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of all hotel equipment and systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire safety systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for room repairs or maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance techniques and procedures.
- Ability to read technical manuals and understand complex systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Preferred Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred due to visa restrictions but open to all nationalities.
- Previous experience working in Qatar or the Middle East region is an advantage.
