Art Director - English Speaking (Qatar)


We are currently seeking a highly creative and talented Art Director to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the creative process, from concept development to execution, for various projects ranging from print to digital media.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity
- Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, marketers, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
- Oversee the creation of visual assets for various mediums such as print ads, social media posts, website graphics, etc.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of our work
- Present ideas and designs to clients and incorporate feedback into final deliverables
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient delivery within deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director in a fast-paced agency or design studio environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across different mediums
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior designers
