Business Coach - Contract Position (Indians Preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. This is a contract position that is open to Indians with or without experience in coaching. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and teams to help them achieve their professional goals. This is an urgent position, so we require someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct coaching sessions with individuals and teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Provide guidance on business strategies, goal setting, and problem-solving
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and mentoring
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback to help individuals reach their full potential
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business coaching
- Collaborate with other coaches and team members to continuously improve coaching techniques

Requirements:
- Indians preferred due to cultural fit with our team
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Prior experience in coaching or mentorship roles preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player
- Visa sponsorship will be provided if needed
- Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract
