Art Director vacancy in Al-Khor Qatar

Art Director - English Speaking

The Art Director will be responsible for overseeing the visual style and aesthetics of various projects, ensuring that they align with the brand's vision and message. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and trends, as well as the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the overall creative direction for projects
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to create cohesive visual concepts
- Ensure that all designs are high-quality, on-brand, and meet project objectives
- Provide guidance and feedback to designers to ensure consistent quality across all projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design work
- Present creative concepts and designs to clients or stakeholders as needed
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an art director or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various mediums (print, digital, etc.)
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Urdu is a plus)
- Able to work full time in Al-Khor, Qatar (remote work may be considered)
