Office Assistant (Malayalee preferred)


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This position is open to Malayalees with fluency in English and previous experience in an office setting. Freshers are also welcome to apply.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and files, and coordinating with other departments.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office and have a basic understanding of office equipment. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with other departments for various tasks

Requirements:
- Malayalee preferred (not a strict requirement)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
