We are seeking a skilled Indian Farmer to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a farmer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our farm, ensuring high-quality production of crops and livestock. Your duties will include planting, harvesting, irrigation, pest control, and general farm maintenance.

Key Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience as a farmer or agricultural worker
- Knowledge of farming techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Valid visa to work in UAE

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the farm including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and pest control.
- Monitor crop growth and adjust cultivation techniques accordingly.
- Ensure the quality of crops and livestock meets market standards.
- Maintain farm equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Perform general farm maintenance tasks such as fencing, cleaning, and repairing structures.
- Adhere to safety guidelines when operating machinery or handling chemicals.
- Train and supervise other farm workers as needed.
