Agronomist for Agricultural Company in Jabal-Ali, UAE


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agronomist to join our agricultural company in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As an Agronomist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our agricultural operations through your knowledge and expertise in crop production.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather data on crop growth and development
- Analyze soil samples and make recommendations for fertilizers and other treatments
- Monitor weather patterns and make adjustments to planting schedules
- Develop and implement pest management strategies
- Provide guidance to farmers on best practices for crop cultivation and maintenance
- Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in the agricultural industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Agronomist
- Knowledge of local climate, soil types, and crops in UAE preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team of farmers
