Mediator/Conflict Resolution Specialist



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mediator/Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a mediator, you will be responsible for facilitating peaceful resolutions between parties involved in disputes or conflicts. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about promoting harmony and finding mutually beneficial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting mediation sessions with individuals or groups to identify issues and facilitate communication
- Listening attentively to both parties and helping them express their needs and concerns effectively
- Encouraging open and respectful communication between parties
- Helping parties come to a mutual understanding and reach an agreement
- Providing guidance on conflict resolution techniques and strategies
- Maintaining confidentiality throughout the mediation process
- Documenting agreements reached during mediation sessions
- Following up with parties after mediation to ensure compliance with agreements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Conflict Resolution, Law, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience as a mediator or conflict resolution specialist
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain impartial and non-judgmental during mediation sessions
- Strong understanding of conflict resolution theory and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Must have own visa for employment in UAE
