Legal Adviser for Biometric Passport in El-Fujairah, UAE


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be of Egyptian nationality and have excellent English speaking skills.

As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support regarding the implementation and maintenance of biometric passports. This will include researching and interpreting laws, regulations, and policies related to biometric passports, as well as advising on any potential legal issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on relevant laws and regulations related to biometric passports
- Interpreting complex legal documents and providing clear and concise advice to stakeholders
- Collaborating with government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Identifying any potential legal risks or issues related to biometric passports and advising on appropriate solutions
- Assisting with the drafting of legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to biometric passports
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in laws or regulations that may affect biometric passport implementation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Legal Adviser or similar role
- Strong understanding of UAE laws and regulations related to biometric passports is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
