Head of Radio Station (Indian Candidates Only)

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to lead our radio station in El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be of Indian nationality and possess a strong background in radio broadcasting. As the Head of Radio Station, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our station's operations, including programming, advertising, and production. You will also be responsible for managing a team of talented individuals and ensuring the station's success through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies to increase listenership and revenue
- Create engaging programming that appeals to our target audience
- Manage the station's budget and ensure profitability
- Oversee advertising sales initiatives and partnerships
- Supervise on-air talent, production staff, and other team members
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as music labels, sponsors, and advertisers
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new technologies or ideas to improve the station's performance

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with excellent English speaking skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in radio broadcasting with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of radio programming, advertising, and production processes
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth for a radio station
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
