Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our company's digital communities across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor online conversations about our brand and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Create engaging content for social media posts that align with our brand's voice and tone.
- Analyze social media data to track community growth, engagement, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness and driving website traffic through social media.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in social media algorithms to constantly improve community management efforts.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but open to all nationalities with valid work permit in UAE.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- No previous experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Passion for social media and building online communities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
