Job Title: Deck Crew Member (English Speaking, Pakistani)


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Deck Crew Member to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a member of the deck crew, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and operation of our vessel, ensuring the safety of passengers and crew members, and following all maritime regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of the vessel
- Handle mooring lines during docking and undocking procedures
- Operate deck equipment such as cranes and winches
- Perform regular safety checks on life-saving equipment
- Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies
- Assist with passenger embarkation and disembarkation
- Monitor weather conditions and report any changes to the captain
- Participate in emergency drills and procedures

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Nationality preference for Pakistani candidates
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends as needed
- Physically fit to handle manual labor tasks on deck
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates
