Construction Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a passion for the construction industry.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects.

We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our company. Previous experience in construction management is not required, but preferred. We are open to hiring individuals without experience as long as they are willing to undergo training and have a strong work ethic.

Please note that this position does not include accommodation. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who already have accommodation sorted in Dibba-El-Fujairah or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate project updates and progress reports regularly
- Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Indian national with fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Willingness to undergo training if no previous experience in construction management
