Support Manager for Indian Nationals in Ajman, UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to our Indian employees, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all Indian employees in Ajman
- Provide support and guidance on various work-related issues, including but not limited to work permits, housing, and transportation
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new Indian employees
- Monitor employee satisfaction and address any concerns or grievances they may have
- Act as a liaison between Indian employees and management to ensure effective communication and understanding
- Coordinate with relevant government agencies for visa processing and other documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, including biometric passport details
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Ajman or willing to relocate
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Previous experience in a support or HR role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus
- Must have a valid biometric passport
