We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will provide legal advice and support to our clients on a variety of legal matters. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various issues and provide advice to clients accordingly
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
- Advise clients on compliance with local laws and regulations
- Represent clients in court proceedings if necessary
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the business or clients
- Provide legal guidance to other departments within the company as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and regulations is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- African or Egyptian nationality preferred but not required
