Logistics Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials within our supply chain network. This role is open to both Indian and Pakistani nationals who have a valid visa and do not require accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate shipments of goods from suppliers to our warehouse or distribution centers
- Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products
- Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient movement of goods
- Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading and customs paperwork
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays or issues
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks or containers at our warehouse or distribution centers
- Monitor transportation costs and negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective shipping solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using logistics software is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa for employment in Saudi Arabia
