Livestock Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Livestock Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and management of all livestock on our farm. This includes but is not limited to cattle, sheep, goats, and poultry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the breeding, feeding, and overall health of the livestock
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of livestock housing areas
- Train and supervise farm workers in proper handling and care techniques for the livestock
- Maintain accurate records of herd health, production, and other relevant data
- Identify any potential issues or diseases within the herd and take appropriate action
- Coordinate with veterinarians for routine check-ups and vaccinations
- Oversee transportation of animals to markets or other locations as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with livestock on a farm or ranch
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture or related field preferred
- Knowledge of animal husbandry practices and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team
- Physically fit to handle manual labor involved in caring for livestock
- Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required
