Call Center Representative (English Speaking)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in English, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to offer products or services
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with clients
- Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed
