Administrative Coordinator - Lusail, Qatar
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Keep accurate records of expenses and invoices
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
- Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work full-time without accommodation.
