Wedding Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from venue selection to vendor management and day-of logistics. This position is based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding
- Research and recommend venues, vendors, and other services based on client's budget and style
- Negotiate contracts and oversee all vendor payments
- Create detailed wedding timelines and schedules
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all details are in place for the big day
- Oversee set-up, decorations, and other logistics on the day of the wedding
- Manage any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the planning process

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative thinking with the ability to bring unique ideas to life
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
