Contract Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Contract Attorney to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a contract position, with no accommodation provided. As an Indian national, proficiency in English is required for this role.

The main responsibility of the Contract Attorney will be to review and draft legal contracts for our clients. This will involve conducting thorough research, analyzing contracts and identifying any potential risks or issues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and draft legal contracts for clients
- Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations
- Identify potential risks or issues in contracts
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice
- Work closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of contracts
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact contract drafting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Contract Attorney
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
