Part-Time Art Director for Women's Events in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our team and help plan and execute women-focused events in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility for those who require their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with event planners to develop concepts and themes for women's events
- Design promotional materials such as flyers, posters, social media graphics, and email newsletters
- Oversee the production of all design elements, including print materials and branded merchandise
- Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look throughout all event materials
- Manage a team of designers to delegate tasks and provide guidance on design projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into event designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in the events industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas to team members and clients
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with women-focused events or brands
- Familiarity with Arabic language or culture is a plus
